| Circle Vistas

Circle Vistas is a six-story building with 36 units, 14 of which are two-bedrooms. There is a conference room, lobby, and laundry room, as well as a trash room on each floor.
Circle Vistas also has an outdoor porch with picnic tables. Circle Vistas is part of the University Circle arts and culture district, close to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Botanical Gardens (watch this video about our neighborhood!). There is also a grocery store, shops, and restaurants nearby.

MAHO is currently developing Cotman Vistas, a model of accessibility and green building to replace the current Circle Vistas. Cotman Vistas will be just North of Circle Vistas, fronting on East 115th Street.
