Sherisse Holmes, Program Coordinator, IYC-St. Charles
Sherisse joined the Jump Start program in February 2010 after working with youth in a variety of community and school-based settings. She served as an Education Instructor, Social Development Director, and Teen Reach Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Clubs in Chicago and Elgin and managed an after school tutoring program in the Chicago Public Schools sponsored by Orion’s Mind. Most recently, she worked for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
Sherisse has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Non Profit Management at Spertus College in downtown Chicago.
