Cherie Eller-Ferrell is an AmeriCorps member at the Illinois Youth Center in Harrisburg, Illinois. She started at IYC-Harrisburg as a Community Volunteer with the Jump Start Program. Cherie has six children that she home schooled through high school. She has 15 years experience in the food service industry in colleges and universities before moving to Illinois in 2009.
Cherie has two years of college training in pre-med and elementary education. She is currently enrolled at Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, Illinois.
