The mission of this non-profit community-based organization is to offer exposure to and instruction in the performing arts, visual arts, and arts education for all ages regardless of race, religious affiliation, or economic background. The concept is based on choosing ART as weapon against poverty, racism, and discrimination. The goal is to provide youth positive alternatives to neagative behaviors by instilling self-pride and boosting self confidence through self-expression, self-discovery, and discipline.

Foluke Cultural Arts Center's Theater Instructor Stephen Hood is a featured performer in Life's Poison. Check out the trailer. This will be featured on Showtime this summer. Mr. Hood was also recently cast as an 'extra' in The Avenger filiming that took place in Cleveland, Ohio.
After the death of his father a young man is forced to come to terms with the lingering effects of his parenting style. Directed by Malcolm D. Lee. Life’s Poison was written by Angileece Williams a student from Cleveland, Ohio at Saint Martin De Porres High School. The film was directed by Malcolm D. Lee, shot by Noel Maitland and produced by Debbie Stratis.
