Speed Skating at Fort Dupont Ice Arena

The Kids on Ice Speed Skating program is designed to take skaters from beginning skills through elite levels, and will satisy recreational and aspiring speed skaters alike.  Coach Nathaniel Mills oversees this program.  To learn more about Kids On Ice click here. Although this is an instructional speed skating class, students are provided opportunities to compete in local speed meets. Skaters are required to have basic skating skills before entering the class (forward and backward skating, stopping, ability to fall and get back up quickly), if your skater needs more basic skating instruction please see the "Learn to Skate" class information.
