Community Boards' low-cost mediation services provide mediators who are trained professionals with additional expertise in contract law, business practices, real estate, human resource development, divorce and family law. We match your case with a mediator or mediators with related, relevant backgrounds.
These mediations are a confidential, collaborative process by which our mediators help all disputants to reach mutually agreeable solutions and quickly remunerated settlements. For these services, Community Boards charges $150 per mediation hour. The final cost can be shared equally by all parties or calculated as part of the final resolution. Commonly, these mediation sessions run for approximately 2-3 hours.

Why people continue to use our low-cost mediation services...
Cost-effective
With the help of a mediator, even complex disputes may be successfully settled in a matter of hours – a low-cost alternative to lengthy, expensive and stressful litigation.
Confidential
Mediation is confidential. Information presented during mediation is not admissible in legal proceedings without the consent of all parties.
Impartial
The mediator remains a neutral party throughout the mediation. The mediator does not advise or make a decision about who’s right or wrong, but rather empowers the parties to reach a mutually acceptable, workable agreement.
Practical
Your mediations will be scheduled quickly and at your convenience. Participants don’t need to retain a lawyer or engage in lengthy court proceedings to get results. The process is more flexible than court proceedings, allowing for creative settlement options.
Successful!
Our follow-up evaluations show that mediated agreements are successful, effective and lasting. All parties participate in creating their agreement and have a vested interest in making it work. People retain control over their own decisions.
