• Barrier Free Living Family central office is at 270 East Second Street close to Houston St., a major Manhattan East-West corridor. Our office is between Avenue C and Avenue D. It can be reached by bus via the M14 Avenue C or Avenue D bus. The closest stop is at the corner of Avenue D and Houston Street.
• The nearest subway is the F Line Second Street stop. The First Avenue exit is three blocks west of Barrier Free Living.
• Many people come to us by ambulette or car service. Our office is close to the Houston Street Exit of the FDR Drive.
• Freedom House and our Non Residential Domestic Violence Program, Secret Garden, are confidential locations.
