Global Thought For World Peace

"Make It Better From This Point Forward"
World Peace One Shift Movie

A teenage boy and a teenage girl have just been given two of the world's first $100 laptops presented to them by an organization like "One Laptop per Child".  The boy 21ish and girl 20ish are from opposite sides of the world.  Where they are from is a mystery until the last two minutes of the movie.

*Note* - One thing the audience can tell for sure is that these teenagers are not from the United States – If this SHIFT originated in the United States the rest of the world is not interested!

The young man and girl are writing back and forth about the concept of the SHIFT.  They talk about how when they meet someone the first question is usually, "What do you do?"  The  young man dislikes that question as he is unemployed.  The truth of the matter is that this young man is always helping and inspiring others by helping others get what they want.  He says "Wouldn't it be great if when you meet someone the question wasn't "What do you do?", but rather "How can I help you get what you want?"  The girl says she would love to create a game that people would play online, where the people that help and inspire others the most will win the game.  This young man and woman discuss in detail the concept of how this game would work.

What happens is an internet hacker gets these messages and starts sending them out to his friends. You know how the internet works – One person sends it to another and so on and so on.   There is a buzz going on around the world, everyone wondering where these messages are coming from.  Everyone is frantically trying to figure it out, but it's impossible because the technology for a $100 laptop makes it impossible to trace.  After about 15 minutes of the movie, everyone basically agrees that it really doesn't matter where these messages are coming from – This concept of this global shift in consciousness is a good idea, so after awhile, nobody really cares.

The next hour to hour and a half of the movie is basically a documentary showing the World Peace One events going on all over the world.  There are clips from The SHIFT Trailer thrown in between concert events.

The last few minutes of the movie shows the young man and woman are still on their $100 laptops talking to each other, totally oblivious to what is going on around in the world around them.

The message – We are ALL capable of making a difference in this world!
