First Order
If you have not ordered from us before, your first order be must be prepaid or accompanied by a purchase order.  Prepaid orders can be submitted by mail or by phone or secure internet process using a credit card.  

Shipping and Handling
A $10.00 shipping and handling charge for 1 video is added to all orders, orders of 2+ videos is $15.00.  The shipping and handling charge to Canada and Australia is $15.00, outside these areas will be higher, contact us for more information.  Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.  Please do not use Post Office boxes in your shipping address.  Contact us for special shipping requirements.

Purchase
Catalog listings are for NTSC VHS cassettes and DVD discs.  The purchase price includes non-theatrical public performance rights.  Other rights may be available for some titles.  Contact us for more information.

Rental
The rental period is seven days.  Rentals are shipped to arrive at least two days prior to the date of use specified.  If you decide to purchase a tape within 30 days after renting it, the paid rental charge will be deducted from the purchase price.

Returns
All returned tapes must be shipped via an insured carrier.  Each tape should be insured for a minimum of $100.  If you fail to return a preview or rental tape, you will be invoiced for the purchase price of that tape.
