SLDC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members represent the constituency of the Center as well as the community at large and have a variety of backgrounds, experience, talent and interest, including education, legal, public relations, insurance, construction, real estate, marketing, sales and parents of SLDC students.
Board members work to benefit the Center by donating their time and expertise as well as through financial
and in-kind gifts. In addition to their general Board service, Board members participate on one or more of the following Committees:
