The OWEN COUNTY LEARNING NETWORK (OCLN) administers free programs
available to families with children, age birth to kindergarten, and to adults preparing for GED testing.
Since 2001 the Owen County Learning Network has sponsored programs that touch lives with " the light of learning."
All activities and services provided by OCLN are provided without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, or status as a veteran.
Start Off Smart (SOS) offers educational materials, free children's books, and child development information to parents with children ages birth to kindergarten
