Darryl Nelson. Owner of the Meridian Forge in Eatonville, Washington, Darryl has over 30 years of blacksmithing experience.  Artist Blacksmith Association of North America (ABANA) demonstrator for over 20 years. Founding member and former president of NWBA, Northwest Blacksmiths Association.
Darryl can also be commissioned for architectural or art pieces.  The blacksmith shop usually has many hand forged pieces for sale.  Darryl's work may also be seen at the Mountain Gallery located in The Mount Hood Cultural Center & Museum, 10AM till 5PM daily.

Next Class: May 14th and 15th  Class information or REGISTRATION Blacksmithing classes are held each month at The Arts Cabin.  Check the 'calendar page' for dates.  2 classes daily, 10AM and 1PM.  Each class is 2 hours.  Maximum 2 students unless other arrangements are made with Darryl.  $60 per person for each 2 hour class.  You may enroll for both classes in one day giving you 4 total hours of instruction for $120.  There would be a one hour break for lunch.   Students MUST wear 100% cotton clothing, long pants, and closed toed shoes.  Safety glasses, all tools & materials are included in tuition.
