We know it's your special day, and we want to be an important part of it. For intimate weddings, consider planning your day or evening celebration at the New Hope Chapel with reception to follow in either our Stutes Building or Pavilion.

Many of our bridal parties have made their way to the Chapel by way of the bridge, which gives your photographer a perfect opportunity to capture that first moment of your ceremony.

If an outside wedding is your dream, we invite you to come by and tour our grounds for the perfect location.


The Process:
If you have a specific date in mind please call our general store at (337) 981-2364 and the store clerk will be able to look it up in our calendar.

Come by to check out our facilities anytime we're open (daily 10a-4p). Just check in at the General Store and tell the store clerk you are interested in viewing the grounds for your wedding and they'll point you in the right direction.

All of our rates & policies are in the documents below for your convenience.

When you decide that Acadian Village is the place for your event, fill out the request for rental below and send it to us. We will review your information and confirm the availability of your requested date and approve/deny your request via email notification.

If your request is approved, you will be contacted. You will  then be able to finalize the paperwork and secure your date with a $200 deposit.  Please do NOT send payment with your request.  Your date is NOT secured until the contract is signed and a $200 deposit has been paid. Also, please note that rehearsals are not be allowed on Friday nights.
