Disaster Preparedness for Persons With Disabilities
In response to the Florida Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Preparedness Strategic Plan, the Taskforce for Persons with Disabilities and Preparedness (TPWDP) requested a regional census and survey of Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Persons with disabilities account for as much as 20% of the state’s population.
