Active Youth Community Year Round. 
Imagine: Instead of television and video games, we offer a
year-round youth community engaged in fun group building activities and community
service programs. Hashomer Hatzair
is an opportunity for your child to feel part of something special.
Activities are available for ages 8 and up.

Monthly Seminars
|
Youth-led activities every month during the year. Design
and build community service programs, watch movies, have interesting
discussions, and build everlasting friendships. All activities are led by

Peulat Stav
|
Our Fall weekend retreat at Camp
Shomria in Liberty,
New York. A chance to see old friends,
make new ones, and start the year on the right foot.

Winter Camp
|
A fun-filled five day winter experience. Snow tubing,
cross country skiing (weather permitting), Israeli dancing, singing, sports,
hiking, and of course, making lifelong friends in a warm and friendly
Hashomer environment.

Lag Ba'Omer
|
Our Spring weekend retreat at Camp
Shomria in Liberty,
New York. A chance to put into action
what we learned during the year. Ends with a strong showing at the Israeli
Day Parade.

Other Programs:
Summer Camp
Our
"Kibbutz in the Catskills". Six weeks of hiking, singing, dancing,
scouting, and friends. Campers engage in community development work
with members of the local community and learn about the values of
Hashomer Hatzair.
Israel Programs
Hashomer
Hatzair offers a variety of Israel Programs. From short programs to
year-long programs, participants engage with Israeli society and work
with the Israeli Movement towards the building of a just and equitable
Jewish State for Jewish and non-Jewish citizens.
