At Grace House Ministries, girls who have been abandoned, abused and neglected receive the basic necessities for proper growth and maturity, these necessities include love, nourishment, guidance, happiness and the joys of youth. We believe that every child should be privilege to grow up with positive memories of their life as a child.

Grace House receives no federal or United Way funding but relies solely on corporations, foundations, organizational members and numerous individual supporters.

Grace House is a 501©(3) organization. Your donation is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Honor/Memorial Program: You may like to give a gift to Grace House "In memory of" or "In honor of" someone special in your life. A special card will be sent to the person or family member (addresses provided by you).

Monthly Partners: This program is what we call our "Peanut Butter" money - any amount given goes to help provide food, clothing, tutors, and everyday needs of the girls.

Planet Thrift: Planet Thrift financially supports Grace House through the proceeds they make off of donations. They accept donations of all kinds (clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, household items, etc.). You can find drop off locations for Planet Thrift at http://planetthrift.com/donate.php. You may also schedule to have your items picked up at your home by calling (205) 419-5303.

Grace House Girls Shop: The Grace House girls now have a shop to call their own! They
can browse and shop for items that they may need or want. If you have items that
are appropriate for girls ages 6-18 and would like to donate them directly to the Shop,
please bring them to Grace House on Tuesdays and Thursdays. from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Please email volunteer@grace-house.org if you have questions about what is acceptable or would like further information.
