2011-2012 New Family Enrollment Information
We are very excited that you are interested in enrolling your child
at Cornerstone Christian Academy for the 2011-2012 school year. This is
where you can find all the documents relating to the admissions packet
online. You will need to print out the forms after they are completed, or to be filled out by the appropriate person;
if you do not have access to a printer you are welcome to call our
office or come and visit and request a paper application. Please feel
free to contact us with questions at any time.

All Forms/Applications must be filled out by the
appropriate person, signed, and returned to the school in order to
ensure that your child's application is complete.
