 Sunday, September 18th - Grandparents Day
12 pm-5 pm - A day to honor the grand people in your child's life; Grandparents enjoy FREE ADMISSION to our interactive exhibits, crafts, FETCH! science activities and more all day long!

Did you know that kids who spend time with a grandparent have a better social life and fewer behavioral problems? The Museum is a great place to spend time with your grandchild. Our exhibits are designed to encourage interactive play among children and adults.
Tuesdays, Beginning September 20th – Animal Happenings
10am-10:45am - Enjoying informal petting zoo and learn about animal friend and their care. Each week presenters will feature different live animals.
Wednesdays & Thursdays, Beginning September 21st - Exploring Music
10am-10:45am - Participate in a variety of creative musical activities with Kerry, including singing, rhythm-making, dramatic interpretation, listening and learning about many different forms and styles of music and lots of movement.
Wednesdays, Beginning September 21st - Space Explorers
1pm-1:45pm - Blast off and explore the universe with us! Build a rocket, design a friendly alien mask, learn about stars and constellations and play some out-of-this-world games.
Fridays, Beginning September 23rd - Art Adventures
10am-10:45am - Every week a new adventure! Explore different forms of dance, music, drama, as well as painting, clay and more in the creative workshop. Special guest teachers will bring their art to life in this interactive and fun-filled program.
