Summer Drop-in Days are a series of fun, educational events held each summer in the Wild Place, the Museum’s outdoor learning center. Each event combines performers and presentations from experts with hands-on art and science activities focusing on a different theme each day. The outdoor setting is a great place to learn about nature by meeting some of its many inhabitants. During the summer we’ll meet exotic reptiles and animals, and some more familiar. We'll explore the world and even venture off into space! Each event brings something different and is designed for you to get involved. You’ll learn how to juggle from pros, try your hands at drumming, sing with some pirates or try your hand at some Native American games.
