The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies

All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people. Help the victims of Disasters by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Kern Chapter Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to those in need.
